Food to go#2 Sinugbang Bangus

Sinugba – the Visayan word for inihaw, grilled,  barbeque, kebab

Bangus – Milkfish, ang ating national fish.

Inihaw na bangus – my favorite grilled food.

Pixie’s Sinugba – Inihaw na boneless bangus na walang kaliskis.  May palamang kamatis at sibuyas, may tanglad (lemon grass) sa gitna sabay grilled to mouth-watering perfection. Comes in 3 sizes, large, extra large, jumbo.

Kusina ni Ella’s Rating of 1-10
